Nothing much to say today. I took the boy to the bus, came back and watched Grey's, then slept for another hour, ran for 40 minutes, showered, ironed, pick up the boy, ate lunch, went to the boy's guitar lesson but no one was there, so came home and made banana bread (peace offering for car) and my laundry.
Uhg I hate listing out everything. But I had a lot of downtime today with no guitar and no pony club (girl visiting her collège [middle school]), so today was relaxing. My days are never relaxing! I did music stuff last night meaning downloaded some music and updated my iPhone to the new i.OS or however you spell it. I actually posted pics to my blog as you see below.
I helped make dinner tonight. Leak and potato soup; yum yum. Btw, the banana bread came out well! That will be breakfast tomorrow for sure along with cereal.
Tomorrow for English lessons, I am going to play another game with the kids where you draw a card with a word on it like tree. You have to explain the word you drew in the opposing language, so it will be French for me and English for the kids. I hope it isn't too easy for them, but I know it will be challenging for me. I like how I can combine English lessons with French lessons too. And I will also do the Word of the Week. The girl's is going to be "to sell." I used this word earlier this week, and she didn't understand, so I made a mental note. As for the boy, idk yet.
Tomorrow I am going to a Meet-up event at Starbucks to meet au pairs (and internationals?) to just chat and make friends. Then going to have lunch with Nico. Along the way, I need to mail a postcard, buy and eraser, and get 200 euros out of the atm.
Well nothing else on my end, this was a lame post sorry!
