I meant to write this yesterday, but sometimes driving here is ridiculous. Whenever you are in small towns driving the roads are super narrow along with parallel parking spots on one side of the road. Most of the time, if a car is coming in the opposite direction, one car has to pull over to let the other through. That's annoying but fine; these towns were built before roads, so they do the best they can. Yesterday though, a dumbass car was just sitting in the middle of the road in a small town. A car coming from the opposite direction had to awkwardly squeeze by as I waited behind the dumbass car just sitting there. Then it was my turn to awkwardly squeeze by, and you know what, the dumbass car just sat there and didn't move. So rude. That would not stand in America. I should have blared my horn; they deserved it.
One thing here; people don't respect rules. Jérôme has told me one thing he liked about America is that we respect and follow rules, and it is true. I just don't understand French people sometimes. Americans are very united, and I think that's why we follow rules because we really love and care about our country. The French love their country too, but I guess they show it in other ways.
Well I just needed to rant about driving here. I miss driving in America where I felt like I positively knew what I was doing. Here sometimes I just guess... should I go or not?
And now to PARIS... weeeeeeeeeeee.
